• Orders are printed and shipped Monday through Saturday.
• Some items may ship separately.

When Will I Get My Stuff?

Production Times:

• Standard apparel typically ships in 3-5 business days.
• Embroidery, mugs, all sublimation, and custom handmade products may take 5-10 business days.

Shipping Times:

• United States:
  • Standard: 6-12 business days
  • Expedited: 4-8 business days
• International:
  • Standard: 14-28 business days
  • Expedited: 7-14 business days

Tracking

When available, a tracking number will be sent with the confirmation email so you can track your package online.

Multiple Orders

Multiple orders placed on the same day cannot be combined.

Shipping to Multiple Locations

We cannot split an order to ship to multiple locations. To send items to different addresses, please place a separate order for each address.

Address Changes

We cannot change the shipping address once an order is in processing.

Customs Charges and Delays

Some countries may require import taxes, duties, and customs fees, which are determined and charged by your country’s Customs office. These charges are your responsibility.
